Nelson Golf Club
The Nelson Golf Club once again played host to the NMWC tournament on the 10th of August.
Near perfect conditions met the field of 50, plus half a dozen playing nine holes. As usual the course was in great condition.
Brett Allan took out his fourth straight PDL Cup for best gross with a round of one under par 70.
The BJC Cup for best nett was won by Ken Wilson with a stunning 63.
And Robbie Greer took out the Abcal Cup for best stableford for the second year in a row with his 40 points.
Former low handicapper Hugo Bowden won the non handicap grade with a gross round of 76.
All players enjoyed a great day out with many first timers playing.
Special thanks to the team at Active Electrical in Blenheim who brought two vans over the hill.
