The event was held on,26/08/22 at the Hawkes Bay Golf Club in Hastings.
Shot Gun start at 12.00 noon
The day began with bright sunny weather and very little wind and the 80 players gathered around the putting green and BBQ sponsored by the HB Golf Club Matt the Caterer and his Team.
However, at the turn at 2 pm the clouds appeared, and the field was subjected to a continuous downpour for the rest of the day. But the spirits were high, at the aftermath function there were poly props handed out to unprepared young contractors who were soaked through.
The prizes from the table and hole Sponsors meant every player went home with a generous prize.
The course was in excellent condition considering a very wet few weeks recently. We have had great support from the Pro shop team Ray and Darren with general help from green staff and helpers.
We want to thank all our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors, 13-hole sponsors, and the special extra additional spot prizes from NSG Lighting, ESC, ETCO, and ABB.
At the completion of the day the Master Electricians supplied platters to the Player’s Tables which was much appreciated by all the golfers.

The Falcon Elect. Switch Board Cup for the best Team was won by Hastings Cory’s No 1 Team Score of 111
To finalize the completion of the Prize giving Scott thanked the tremendous support from suppliers, sponsors, and the general Electrical Industry and wished everyone the best for 2022.
